2015 Gift Ideas for Him

Copy of ON POINT

1 – As someone who already owns an Ove Glove, I highly recommend them. My boyfriend uses his Ove Glove mostly when he is grilling and smoking meats. The grip is perfect for heavy and hot dishes. While not glamorous, this gift would get a ton of use. (Check Amazon for price range, or available at Target.)

2 – Apple just released its iPhone 6s Smart Battery Case ($99), perfect timing for the holiday season. Available in white and charcoal, the case is made from silicone for a softer, bendier feel. It offers increased talk time up to 25 hours, Internet use up to 18 hours on LTE, and audio and video playback up to 20 hours.

3 – There’s nothing better than a perfect t-shirt. Kit & Ace is one of my new favorite clothing brands for staple items like this because they focus on performance and style. Mixing spandex, cashmere and cotton, their clothes not only look great, they are light and airy. For any guy who runs around all day, but still wants to looks sharp, a Kit & Ace t-shirt ($88) makes for a great gift.

4 – Some guys aren’t into shopping for skin or hair care, but would appreciate the benefits of quality products. Gifting a set of Clinique for Men products ($50) is a thoughtful yet simple way to enhance his daily routine.

5 – Cords get in the way of everythinggg. Solve the problem with a set of Bluetooth Headphones from Beats By Dre ($130). Your guy can listen to podcasts, music and audio books without being attached to his phone.

6 – These are fancy boxer briefs from Freshpair ($100, but currently 65 percent off). They are made from an ultra-light Coolmax wicking fabric and has added mesh zones to keep men cool and dry. It’s adjustable interior mesh pouch also prevents sweating and chafing. I wouldn’t know, but these features sound pretty awesome for underwear.

7 – Custom gifts are fun! That’s why I often turn to Etsy. A handmade shaving set ($150) that can fit traditional disposable razors is a fancy way to say, “I like your style.”

8 – Lulumoon’s anti-stink socks ($18) are not only practical, they are comfy, offering arch support and naturally breathable mesh and sweat-wicking yarns. The brand’s Silverescent® technology, powered by X-STATIC®, inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria on the socks.

9 – When prepping for dinner you almost always have to pull out a cutting board to chop up veggies or herbs. So why not do it in style? Go back to Etsy (my favorite) for unique and high-quality cutting boards. Featured here is a handmade end-grain board ($150) that promises to be more durable than edge-grain or plastic options.
